Cheek plastic surgery is used to enhance the look of cheeks 

High cheek bones are considered very elegant and beautiful. As people age, their skin becomes less elastic and the muscles are less capable to provide definition to the face.

Cheek implants can look very awful on older individuals. They look very abnormal and awkward when expressing emotions. In fact, others can even tell the outline of the implants. So, older people are not great candidates for these implants.
