The vagina muscles can relax over time due to several reasons, like child birth, aging, or the de-conditioning of the muscles. The muscles have reduced control and poor tone. Kegel exercises are the most popular, and they are often effective. Psychological counseling and medical therapies may also help with sexual arousal problems.
